By participating in our dealer program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

Upon acceptance into our dealer program, you are granted authorization to act as an independent dealer for Hey Suria products. This authorization includes the right to recruit and manage sub-dealers within your network structure.

All sales generated by your sub-dealer network will be attributed to your total monthly sales volume for tier calculation purposes. It is important to understand that this arrangement establishes an independent contractor relationship and does not create any employment relationship between you and Hey Suria Sdn. Bhd.

The dealer compensation model is performance-based and does not include any fixed salary or guaranteed income. Your earnings are derived from the margin between wholesale purchase prices and retail selling prices, as well as potential performance-based incentives.

Our tiered pricing structure provides better wholesale rates based on your monthly group sales volume. Higher sales volumes unlock more favorable pricing tiers, allowing for increased profit margins. The pricing tier structure is as follows:

Hey Suria may, at its sole discretion, offer performance-based rebates and bonuses to qualifying dealers. These incentives are designed to reward exceptional sales performance and network development.

When applicable, earned rebates will be processed and settled within fifteen working days following the conclusion of each monthly sales cycle. All incentive programs, rebate structures, and bonus criteria are subject to modification at Hey Suria's discretion without prior notice.

These terms remain in effect for a period of twelve months from the date of acceptance and will automatically renew for successive twelve-month periods unless terminated by either party.

Either party may terminate this dealer relationship by providing thirty days' written notice. However, Hey Suria reserves the right to immediately terminate dealer authorization under certain circumstances, including but not limited to:

• Violation of established pricing policies or unauthorized price modifications
• Engagement in fraudulent, deceptive, or unethical business practices
• Actions that damage or compromise Hey Suria's reputation or brand integrity
• Distribution or promotion of counterfeit, unauthorized, or competing products
• Violation of Malaysian laws, including but not limited to fraud, drug-related offenses, or other illegal activities

By participating in the Hey Suria dealer program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with all terms and conditions outlined above. Your continued participation in the program constitutes ongoing acceptance of these terms.

Hey Suria reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Dealers will be notified of significant changes, and continued participation following such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
